Loyalty program
1. KEY CONCEPTS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter
- Rules)
are the document that governs the general terms and conditions of the
Loyalty Program AGROBOND, defines the procedure for issuing and using
the Loyalty Cards, the terms and the purposes of processing the
personal data of the participants
of Loyalty
Program.
1.2.
The Loyalty Program - AGROBOND Loyalty Program, set by "Agrobond", JSC (hereinafter - the Company), according to which
the
Cardholder is entitled to a 5% discount for purchases in all AGROBOND
stores and e-shop www.agrobond.lt
(hereinafter
- E-shop).
1.3.The
Loyalty Program Participant (Cardholder) - a customer of the Company
to whom the Loyalty Card
is issued.
1.4.
The Card - a loyalty card issued to the Company's clients in
accordance with the procedure established in these Rules.
1.5.
Discount code - the code on the back of the Card, which You need to
enter to apply discount for purchase during each shopping at E-shop.
2.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1.
The
Company guarantees the security and processing of personal data of
the Loyalty Program participant's as is required by laws.
2.2. In
the event of any change of the personal data of the Cardholder, the
Company must be notified immediately in writing by contacting with
the nearest AGROBOND store or by sending an email to
info@agrobond.lt.
2.3. By agreeing to participate in the Loyalty
Program, you entrust the Company with your data and authorize it to
process it under the conditions and for the purposes set out in the
Privacy
Policy and the Rules.
2.4. You
will not be able to participate in the Company's Loyalty Program
without the
consent
to the Rules, Privacy Policy or any part of them.
3. PURCHASE OF THE CARD
3.1.
The Card can be purchased in all AGROBOND stores and E-shop.
3.2.
The Card can be purchased by persons of at least 18 years old, as
well as by
legal
entities buying goods for non-commercial purposes. For wholesale
buyers, discounts are determined by a separate agreement between the
Company and the buyer.
3.3.
The person, acquiring the Card, must fill a form, which details are
necessary for administering the Loyalty Program.
3.4.
The data must be accurate, correct and complete in the form.
3.5.
A person who has not signed or entered false information in the form
can not participate in the Loyalty Program. In this case the Card
shall not be issued or the Card, if it is already issued, shall be
suspended without any notice.
3.6.
When the Card is purchased in the E-shop, You do not need to fill the
form. It is enough the data provided at the time of goods
ordering.
3.7.
By filling in and submitting the form, the Cardholder confirms that
he / she is duly acquainted with the Rules and undertakes to comply
with them. The Company shall not be liable for the Cardholder if he /
she has not become fully or partially acquainted with the Rules even
though he / she has been given such opportunity.
3.8. The Card and its Discount code shall be activated immediately after the recieving the Card Issue Fee of 5 EUR, unless the Card issue fee is not applicable.
3.9. Up-to-date and detailed information about the Card and the applicable Loyalty Program benefits are available at all AGROBOND stores, on the E-shop www.agrobond.lt or by calling +370 640 31020 (calls are accepted from 9 am to 5 pm on working days).
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF CARD, REPLACEMENT
4.1. The Loyalty Program Card is personal. It can be used only by the Cardholder to whom this Card is issued. The Cardholder must keep the Card and its data.
4.2. The Cardholder can get the discount provided by the Loyalty Program only when the Card is presented to the seller or the Discount code is entered in the E-shop before the payment of the order.
4.3. The discount is not applied to special offers,agricultural machinery. The discount does not add up to other promotions.
4.4. The Cardholder shall assume all liability related to improper or unauthorized use of the Card issued to him / her, including in the cases where the Card is used by third parties, unless the Company is immediately notified in accordance with the procedure set forth herein.
4.5. The Cardholder, who has lost the Card or its data, must immediately inform the Company by contacting with the nearest AGROBOND store or informing about the event by e-mail info@agrobond.lt. The Company will perform the Card Blocking Action on the same day if it is a working day or on the first working day after the notification if the notification is received on non-working day. When the Cardholder fails to notify about the lost Card, he / she shall be liable for the possible consequences.
4.6. In case the Cardholder has damaged or otherwise lost the Card, after paying a commission for replacing the Card in the amount of 3 EUR, a new card is issued with a new discount code. The card previously issued to the Cardholder is irrevocably blocked.
4.7. The Company has the right to refuse to give the Cardholder the Loyalty Program benefits if it suspects that they are being fraudulently obtained.
4.8. Persons and legal entities participate in the Loyalty Program until the Cardholder's membership is canceled, suspended or the Card expires.
5.
VALIDITY OF THE CARD
5.1.
The Card is the property of the Company. The Card is valid from the
moment of its issue until 2021.12.31, except the cases specified in
clauses 5.2 – 5.4.
5.2.
The
Card shall be extended
for
the same period for the
Cardholder,
whose total purchase amount until March 01 of each year will be at
least 300 EUR.
5.3.
The Card expires earlier at the Cardholder's request in the event of
loss or damage of the Card or a written request to terminate the
Loyalty Program is recieved.
5.4.
The Card expires earlier in the event when the Company suspects the
Card to be fraudulent or is used unauthorized, as well as the
Company's decision to cancel the Loyalty Program is made, or in other
cases provided in the Privacy Policy.
5.5.
Upon expiration of the Card, the Card shall be blocked and the
Cardholder's personal data shall be destroyed or anonymised.
6.
FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1.
The Company shall have the right, at any time, to change or terminate
the Rules, the benefits granted, or suspend or terminate the Loyalty
Program without prior notice to the Cardholders in person.
6.2.
Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or in connection
with these Rules shall be resolved by the negotiation. In the event
of disagreement, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the
Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the legal acts of the
Republic of Lithuania.
6.3.
Information about the Loyalty Program, its validity and discounts are
published in the AGROBOND stores, on the website www.agrobond.lt and
/ or in the other information channels.
