Twist drills for right-hand cutting direction, made of HSS, are designed for drilling carbon, alloyed, constructional steels and cast iron.

„Profi“ is a high-quality drill bit – because of easy centering there is no need to mark the hole, drills are more durable and spins 5 times faster! These drill bits has split point which reduces the tendency of a spinning bit to rotate away from the point at which you want to drill—a phenomenon known as walking. The split point also causes the bit to penetrate the metal more quickly and with less force than is needed with other bits. In many cases, using a split point eliminates the need to mark the hole with a centerpunch.
