Is it necessary to register in advance to place an order?
Both regular customers and guests can place orders in the e-shop. However, purchases without registration have a drawback - only registered users can see the history of their orders. On the other hand, buying without registration has the advantage - You don't need to remember a password.
Are the prices in the physical stores AGROBOND different from the prices in the e-shop?
The prices of goods in physical and e-shop stores are the same, except for cases when special promotions and offers are offered to buyers of e-shops. Then the prices may differ.
What if I can not find the required spare parts in the e-shop?
If You do not find the required spare part or it is marked "Product is currently unavailable", please contact us at tel. +370 640 31020 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The site is still young and constantly updated, so not all products can be found.
Will I receive an invoice?
We issue invoices for all orders, regardless of whether the goods are purchased for personal use or business purposes. The invoice is sent together with the ordered goods. If You do not find an invoice in the parcel, please, contact us by e-mail or phone provided in the Contacts. In this case, the invoice will be sent by e-mail.
How much will the delivery cost?
The delivery price depends on the selected delivery method, the value of the goods and the country to which the goods are sent. Exact prices are provided in the website section "Delivery of goods". For customers from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Estonia, delivery price is automatically included in the final shopping cart amount. For customers from other European countries, delivery price is included manually upon receipt of the order. The corrected proforma invoice is sent to the Buyer by e-mail specified in the order.
What is the delivery term?
If the goods are in stock, the goods are delivered in Lithuania and Latvia within 1-3 working days from the day of payment receipt. Delivery to other European countries takes longer.
How to purchase goods if I am a resident / company of a Member State of the European Union?
In the e-shop prices are indicated with Lithuanian VAT rate (21%). This rate applies only to residents and companies of the Member States of the European Union who are not subject to VAT tax.
If You are a resident / company of an EU Member State and You have a VAT identification number, we must apply a 0% VAT rate to you. In this case, in the final step You need to select the payment method "Pay by bank transfer" and confirm the order. Upon receipt of Your order, the price of the goods will be recalculated by applying a 0% VAT rate. An updated proforma invoice will be sent to Your email.
The revised proforma invoice will also manually include the delivery costs, as the website can automatically calculate the delivery price only for buyers from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Estonia.
How to purchase goods if I am not a resident / company of a Member State of the European Union?
If You do not live / have business in a country of the European Union, we must apply a 0% VAT rate to You. In this case, at the final step You need to select the payment method "Payment by bank transfer" and confirm the order. Upon receipt of Your order, the price of the goods will be recalculated using 0% VAT. An updated proforma invoice will be sent to Your email. The revised invoice will also manually include shipping costs as the website does not have the ability to do this automatically.
